Refund policy

Non-Custom items may be returned for refund within 14 business days. Please allow 7 business days from receipt of return to process your return. 

Custom/Personalized orders are not refundable. We want you to be happy , so please contact us if you have any concerns about your purchase or your items arrive damaged. We will replace item if there is damage due to shipping and handling. We will ask for pictures and the original item to be returned in new and unused condition before we will mail out a replacement item.

Orders containing trademarked, copyrighted, or licensed images, logos, or designs without verified authorization will be cancelled and refunded minus a 15% restocking fee. This fee covers processing, materials, and administrative costs associated with reviewing and preparing your order. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all submitted artwork or designs comply with applicable copyright and trademark laws. MBZ Designs reserves the right to reject or cancel any order that may infringe on intellectual property rights. 

All other orders. Please contact us at 516-410-9807 or at madebyzissa@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt of item for a full refund. After 14 days, only store credit will be issued.

Items for return can be mailed to Made by Zissa 4312 Olive Branch Lane, New Hill, North Carolina 27562  Please write ATTN: “Returns” on the package.
